Delete your account and data

You can delete your Marbella One account at any time.

How to do it in the app

1. Open the Marbella One app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Type the confirmation word you are asked for and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Email concierge@marbellaone.es from the address you registered with, saying you want your account deleted. We will handle your request within the legal deadline under the GDPR (one month).

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone, nationality, date of birth, preferences and notes.
• Your app login (user and password).
• The content of your conversations with the concierge, which is replaced by “[Account deleted]” and unlinked from you.
• Your personal data in requests, reservations and notification delivery records.

What is kept

Past requests and reservations are kept without any data that identifies you, for the operational history of the platform and its venues. They are not linked to you.
